US: Possible Scud Clouds Spotted in Smithton, Pennsylvania

The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Warning and a Flash Flood Warning for Southwestern Pennsylvania on Monday, June 22. This video shows ominous clouds in Smithton, which the NWS later described as most likely scud clouds being pulled into a storm's updraft.
